Dennis has been his own mindset development project his whole life. Never convinced with paradigm beliefs or dogma, Dennis searched deeper for answers and on his personal development journey he discovered that the most valuable investment anyone can make is in oneself. In his late 20's he invested in a personal development program that assisted him with his emotional development journey. The courses made an immense impact on his character, which shifted his relationship with his father immensely, but he still felt something was missing. He then quickly realized that emotional intelligence wasn't enough, but luckily he was enlightened with the fact that major mindset and leadership coaches, charging thousands of dollars, also wrote books at a fraction of the costs of their seminars and courses. So then he proceeded to become an avid reader and a professional student of mindset and personal development. After much reading and very little in financial success, Dennis learned the hard way that simply reading and learning is not enough, so he revised his purpose and took action on all of his newly acquired knowledge via his real estate career. Needless to say, he over-performed and far surpassed his expectations, until his purpose was satisfied and earning money simply became boring to him. That is when he again revised his purpose to one that aligned with leadership and team development. His leadership growth was not without follies as he quickly lost more team members than he could recruit, until he had some major breakthroughs that forced him to restructure his mindset again. Dennis feels that mindset and leadership development must be habitual and he finds himself in constant growth with his own team and clients. To make things simple, Dennis narrowed down his book references to the 2 he feels are the most effective, including "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and "5 Levels of Leadership" by John Maxwell. He cemented his knowledge by putting the lessons of the 2 books through extreme tests and his results proved the lessons effective. He now feels it is time to share his knowledge and experience with the masses.
